RESERVATION POLICIES:

Submit all pertinent info regarding your intended session. If outside of travel area a travel fee can be quoted. If pre-paid and unable to service the area an full refund will be given within 72 hours.

INTAKE:

You will receive an emailed intake form that must be filled out and signed before EVERY session.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:

After 2 cancellations client will have to pre-pay for future sessions. If an invoice is not paid within 24 hours, client will have to pre-pay for future sessions. Cancellation marks will be waived if session is cancelled at least 5 hours before appointment. Preferred payment is by cash, check, Venmo ($ThxAlign), Paypal (Friends/Family) at alignbodyco@gmail.com. Debit/Credit available if no access to other preferred method of payments.

FACILITIES:

I am 100% mobile, meaning that I travel solely to the home, business and venue of my clients.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All medical concerns, injuries or symptoms should be discussed with your primary care physician and entered in intake.
